Our Team and Founding Beliefs
About Viva Industrials:
Viva Industrials was founded by childhood best friends, Matthew and Austin. Both grew up in small family businesses that were built on a set of core values that are critical to the way Viva Industrials operates:
Service as the North Star: We view leadership as a commitment to service—supporting employees and customers, and strengthening the communities we operate in.
People are the True Assets: Coming from small businesses ourselves, we know employees are family and strong businesses are built on strong relationships. We honor and support the teams, customers, and communities that make these businesses successful.
Long-Term Thinking, Generational Impact: We think in decades, not quarters. As a family-rooted business, we make decisions with the future in mind. We care about long-term growth not short-term cuts.
Stewardship over Ownership: We don’t just buy businesses—we carry forward their legacy, ensuring they thrive for the next generation. We work side-by-side with business owners to make sure their life’s work is protected and treated with the utmost care.
Viva Industrials is a pair of childhood best friends and entrepreneurs with complementary skill sets, a passion for building U.S. infrastructure, and a deep respect for the hardworking people that keep it running.
